Responsibilities
Website Management & Optimization:
- Manage and maintain Therapy Flow’s WordPress website, ensuring fast performance, usability, and conversions.
- Build and launch new web pages and landing pages optimized for both SEO and lead generation.
- Ensure website is regularly updated with new programs, services, and products.
- Perform routine audits of the website to fix broken links, improve UX, and enhance site performance.
SEO & Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices across all website content.
- Create and optimize blogs, articles, and website content to fill content gaps and improve rankings.
- Monitor and improve technical SEO, including site speed, structured data, crawlability, and indexing.
- Track and report on SEO performance, conversion rates, and website engagement metrics.
Conversion Rate Optimization & Growth:
- Continuously optimize pages and content to maximize lead generation and sales.
- Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure website content aligns with paid media and other digital marketing efforts.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in WordPress website management, SEO, and content strategy.
- Proven experience driving organic traffic growth and lead generation through SEO.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Ability to create and optimize blog content, landing pages, and website copy.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
